We are two friendly professional girls both aged 27 looking for a housemate to replace one who is leaving in mid July.
What should you know about us? We are extremely tidy!! We enjoy BBQ's in our garden in the summer and go out into Guildford for drinks most weekends. We are very quiet and respectful in the house.
All three bedrooms have their own bathroom, we share a kitchen and a large living room/dining room. The house is unfurnished but we have fully furnished the living areas. The house is a ten minute walk into the town centre and a great location for the A3.
The rent is £475 per month, bills are currently £120 per month per person for Gas, Electricity, Water, Council Tax, Broadband and Sky TV.
