Due to a a current tenant moving out, we have a large double room to rent out on the Aldershot Road in Guildford.
The room can come furnished, part furnished, or we can put the furniture in the loft if needs be.
The property is a large, recently refurbished, 3 bedroom semi-detached house. As the downstairs front room is being used as a bedroom, the smaller upstairs room is being used as an office. It has a desk, printer and plenty of storage space. There is a large living room, which opens out to the conservatory.
There is a bathroom with an over-bath shower upstairs, and a cloakroom downstairs.
The current tenants are full time professionals, and we would be looking for the same, no late night parties!
The property is 30 seconds from the A3, 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) to the train station and town centre, and close to the research park.
The property currently has Virgin 152mb broadband, with Tivo XL and a landline.
We also employ a couple of cleaners to clean the communal areas. They come for a couple of hours every 2 weeks, and cost ÃÂã20 per tenant per month.
All bills extra (council tax, gas, electric, water and broadband), maybe ÃÂã90 a month or so?
Property has 2 off road parking spaces in front, and further free parking in a cup-de-sac 15 metres away. First come first serve on the spaces out front.
