Double Room in Luxury Flat in central Guildford

I am a 34 year old professional male, and I need a new flat mate from the end of August. I am tidy but very laid back and sociable. The flat is finished to a very high standard, and is a two minute walk from the train station. The room comes with an almost new double bed, orthopaedic mattress, and memory foam topper. We have 50 Meg broadband, and there is a 50 inch TV in the living room. Other features include reclining leather sofas, a dishwasher, beer/wine cooler, and sonos music system.

I don't mind living with a girl or a guy, as long as they are over 25, tidy, considerate, and friendly. (No students or smokers please).
