Peaceful and fun home

I'm looking for another lady to join my home. I are clean, tidy, friendly and enjoy a good giggle/bit of banter.

The house feels very fresh and is constantly being updated. It has a open plan kitchen/diner with a separate living room. This is complete with everything you need: sofas, tv, dining table and chairs and all kitchen equipment, cutlery, plates etc is provided - the kitchen doesn't have a lot of storage space so there isn't room for everyone to bring their own kitchen stuff. There is a large upstairs bathroom and a separate down stairs WC. The room up for rent has it's own shower in the room! Downstairs is laminate flooring and upstairs is carpet to keep everyone cozy. We have internet broadband along with Disney Plus, BBC and Amazon Prime for the house.

The house is brilliantly located, within 2 mins walk from a lovely park and 5mins drive to the A3. Sainsbury's is a 5 min drive. There is a selection of local shops and a petrol station just down the road. The centre of Guildford is 5 mins drive.

I am professional and run my own Interior Design business from home. I would prefer not to live with students unless you are a mature student. I enjoy movies, food, board games, exercise, walks, parties and having a drink at the pub. Everyone cooks their own meals because I'm busy but enjoy cooking for each other as well.

I am a dedicated Christian and this plays an important part in my life.

I am English speaking. No pets allowed in the house.
