Large, bright double bedroom for rent by mature students or young professionals. The room has plenty of storage and a double bed. The flat is in Merrow, a village on the edge of Guildford about a 10 minute drive from the centre or 20 minutes by bus (which stops just at the end of the road). There is easy access to the A3 which leads into London. It is also just on the edge of the North Downs and the Surrey Hills AONB so there is plenty of opportunity for walking and cycling in the countryside.

There is ample parking off street and shops close by. A cleaner comes round to do a couple of hours a fortnight so there would be limited requirement for cleaning.

I work for an investment firm in Reigate. I tend to try and keep busy in the evenings and having grown up here I have friends living close by. It would be great to live with someone quite sociable and easy going, but I would be equally happy sharing with someone quiet who likes their own space.
