Double Room £460. 00 a month. Includes all bills (council tax, water, gas, electric, tv license, Virgin Media TV package (with movies) and 152MB fibre optic wireless internet). Car Park space for 1 car - off street parking (driveway).

Room is on first floor (back side of the house) furnished with double bed, bedside unit, wardrobe and a set of draws. The bed and wardrobe currently in the room are old and used. I will be purchasing a new bed, and wardrobe for whomever moves in.

Downstairs consists of living room, small dining room, kitchen, utilities room, bedroom with ensuite. House has all amenities including fridge freezers, modern oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, dish washer, microwave. A cleaning rota is also in place. If you're messy, don't know how to empty a bin, can't clean up after yourself or don't know how to wipe down a surface, then this is not the house for you.

Anything needed for the house i. e. Lightbulbs, Batteries, Cleaning Products, Toilet Roll, Soap, Cooking Utensils etc. is covered by the house account.

Neighbours keep to themselves, quiet people. Local amenities include bus stop to town centre, postbox, doctors surgery, local shop, pub, chemist, bookies, an Indian, Chinese and Fish & Chips takeaway. Garden at the back with patio. 1. 2 miles to town and local leisure centre. Close to A3 on ramp north bound.

House consists of 1 female and 2 males aged 21-30. Looking for a friendly Male or Female (ideally female for balance) professional looking for a well managed house share (no students).

We ask for a £350. 00 security deposit with the first months rent, returned to you minus any damages at the end of your tenancy.

We have no problem living with someone who smokes, but no smoking is allowed in the house. Smoking is outside only.
