A large double room with double bed, large chest of drawers and built in wardrobe (desk available if needed) in clean, warm, large home with shared bathroom. The property is 10 min uphill walk from Guildford town centre and adjacent to the beautiful Downs. There is free off street parking on our drive. You will have your own allocated shelf in the pantry and shelf in the fridge in the kitchen and access to the oven, dishwasher and washing machine. We would welcome a professional or mature student, non-smoking, female only.
