Basic cooking facilities (kettle, small fridge, microwave)in adjacent kitchenette for your use. Must like animals - one cat and a tiny friendly rescue dog. Suit honest, educated pet loving person with integrity. MUST be non smoker and provide good refs. Pleasant personality match/ mature attitude vital! Responsible for keeping private facilities clean, but clean sheets/bedding and minimum one weekly laundry wash, etc provided for if required. Short lets/overseas students fine.
