We have a double room available from 9th November. Situated a mile South of Guildford, with good transport connections to both Guildford and Godalming, as well as the A3 and trains into Central London... and beautiful countryside walks on our doorstep. There is parking available outside the house. Price includes Gas, Electric, Water, fast fibre broadband and council tax.

Our kitchen includes all modern amenities, including double oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, also a lounge area with dining table. Garden at the back to chill and have summer bbq's

Your bedroom is fully furnished with bed, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of drawers. There is a shared bathroom upstairs and a downstairs toilet. We never get an issue with queuing for the shower as we set off for work at different times.

The current house consists of four sociable young professionals aged 24-31. Kate is a sales administrator, Alex is a trainee solicitor, Finn is a mountain bike mechanic, and Andrew a purchasing administrator. We all enjoy going to the gym, the pub, eating out in Guildford in our little social bubble and having a sociable drink on a Friday night at home. But at the same time we do keep ourselves to ourselves sometimes.

We are ideally looking for a young professional aged between 22 and 35 that wants to be a member of a sociable house.
