Lovely furnished double room available until end of July 2015. Current flatmate has taken a job abroad.

Sharing a two bed terrace with two bathrooms and two receptions currently divided into a dining/study area and lounge.

The room is a double with built in wardrobes.

I'm looking for someone to share with (eg occasional company, friend) more than a lodger! I'm a bit of a geek, work full time, frequently from home, and volunteer a lot too. Enjoy politics, comedy, Dr Who etc

20 min walk to station, 15min walk to town centre. Permit parking available. Nice area.

£550 per month plus bills - around £150-200 (Council Tax is the biggie as it's on the edge of town).

Single occupancy only. Prefer a professional, non smoker (although you could smoke outside).
