Looking for a new housemate in friendly house share in Guildford. I'll be honest its not the biggest room in the world, but not much time is spent by housemates in the rooms. As we have a very friendly big open kitchen, living area & garden where we spend most of our evening/weekends. Eating, drinking, relaxing in front of TV.

If your looking for a good value room to sort yourself out for a while in Guildford area and have a good bunch of housemates, this might be for you.

Easy walking or driving access to hospital & university. Close local shops for supplies and on bus route into town.
