All bills are split and includes broadband, council tax, water, gas, electricity - roughly £100 per month but sometimes more in the winter.

House is lovely with a shared living room, new kitchen, large bathroom, and large garden.

House is rented through an agency who manage the property so there will be a referencing charge of about £100.
