Extra Large Double with En Suite in Friendly House

Sadly I am leaving this amazing house and housemates and venturing into the world of mortgages and never ending bills.....

3 months will be left on the current tenancy, with a renewal for another 12 months at the beginning of May 2015 (although like me you can leave earlier if you find a suitable replacement). The moving date is also flexible if an earlier/later move is wanted. The room comes unfurnished so you can put your own stamp on it.

This room is a must see. It's extremely spacious with an en suite (the pictures really don't do it justice!) and on the second floor of a recently refurbished and modernised Victorian house in Guildford Town Centre.

The top of Guildford High street is a hop, skip and a jump; a maximum 5 minute walk. Parking is also available which is rare for town centre houses.

As housemates we have become really good friends and living here feels more like a home than a house share. The girls are looking for someone friendly, sociable and who enjoys sharing a bottle of wine and frequenting one of the many local pubs!
