Lovely large room for tidy and quiet person

Hi, we have a double room for single occupancy available. We have a clean, well organized and quiet house in a residential street near to the A3, University, RSC Hospital and Research Park. There are three other tenants in the house, all are professionals who are caring and considerate. The house has broadband, a kitchen with all the necessary equipment including washing machine and dryer, bathroom with bath and electric shower etc, a garden with patio area and bike shed, and there is off street parking for three cars (only one place taken at the moment). We do not have a communal room but there is a dining table and chairs in the kitchen for when we socialize.
The room has a single bed (with orthopaedic mattress), a table and chair, bookshelves, chest of drawers and a wardrobe. Rent is £430 pcm plus bills (utilities, broadband, window cleaner and council tax, totalling approx £60 pcm).
