Bright and spacious room available in large flat.

Flatmate required! The flat is very large and has two big double bedrooms. There is a modern kitchen with an induction hob (amazing invention) and a breakfast bar. Across the Hall there is also a lounge diner with patio doors out on to a terrace, which is handy if you happen to be a smoker. The bathroom is modern with a shower over the bath and the toilet is in a separate room (not sure why but it's handy for sharers anyway). Out in the hallway there is a ridiculous amount of storage space for coats, shoes, mops etc.

The spare room is a large double at the back of the flat so it's nice and quiet. It already has a fitted wardrobe but other than that you will want to look for some furniture. The rest of the flat is fully furnished and there is a sofa bed in the lounge if you ever have people round to visit etc.

Location wise the flat is situated a short walk from the centre of town. Guildford Mainline is within walking distance but London Road is shorter so that's the one I normally use. The flat over looks Stoke Park and has a very quiet and small residential road behind it, so it's really quite lovely. There is plenty of on street parking allowed.

I am a 24 year old graduate that works for the NHS in mental health. Happy to accept either male or female applicants, but more used to living with men. I'm very easy going and don't have any strict rules, just that you're friendly and considerate! Would like to have someone I can get on with and have something in common with.

The room is officially available from the start of July though for the right person I'd be happy for them to arrange to move in earlier in the year. Right person more important than date!
