I have a lovely furnished flat in guildford with a spare bedroom to let out. I currently live here at the moment in a 2 bedroom 1st floor flat in an apartment block. There is a spacious living room with big screen TV and sofas + dinner table. The kitchen has just been refurbished and I will be doing the same to the bathroom in the new year. The flat is furnished and the bedroom is part furnished with chest of draws but no bed - I can source beds etc if needed
About me - I currently work in sales in guildford, I'm single 29 year old. I like sports, socialising with mates and chilled nights in. I work late most nights and tend to gym 3x a week after work.
I'm looking for a professional to take the room, someone who is laid back and easy to get along with. No couples or pets please.
