Looking for a quiet, clean and tidy tenant; ideally a young professional. Student would be fine, if they understand the other sharers are professionals. Tenant is welcome to use communal areas and facilities. We have interests ranging from rugby, outdoor sports, music and films both with a technical/engineering background.
House is 20 minutes from University, 10 minutes to Hospital/Research Park and approx 30 minutes to town.
