I'm looking to rent out one of our double rooms given our previous housemate is now moving away (having been in the property for almost two years). It's a double bedroom which will contain one new double bed and storage ability.

I have recently installed a new Bathroom and Kitchen into the property. There is also a large living area. I have recently installed many new appliances including a washing machine, toaster, cooker, microwave etc. It also has a very large garden which is great for summer BBQs.

The property is in a great location, close to town (5 min drive or a 25 min walk to the main Guildford train station and shops). Godalming is also fairly close.

No pets currently in the house

Cheap price includes all bills such as Gas, Electric, Internet and Council tax.
