This room is in our family home with our young daughter and our pets (a dog and a cat). Our preference is for a single professional female (due to having a young girl in the house). You will need to be able to enjoy the pets. A non-smoker would be ideal.

The garden is large and well maintained and has a generous patio area, along with tables and chairs. We have a large kitchen diner overlooking the rear garden which has the usual items you'd expect: sink, six ring burner cooker, double oven, dishwasher, microwave, American style fridge freezer etc... In addition; there is a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, additional sink and storage.

The ideal candidate would be friendly, considerate, clean and in full time employment.

The room is available to rent right away. A deposit of 1 x months' rent is required, along with a months' rent in advance and all relevant references.

The house is within easy access to Guildford town centre and the A3 (it is a 10 minute drive if you have a car or else there is a bus service available for trips to Guildford).
