Sharing with one other young male, full use of house. Bedroom furnished with small built in cupboard, king size double bed, hanging wardrobe, dressing table, 2 sets of chests of draws, shelves, mirror.

Fully functional kitchen with gas oven / hob, all cooking utensils, plates etc . Utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & dishwasher. Lounge, second lounge/Attic room dining room and ample storage in dry basement, shared bathroom. Small town garden with patio area.

Located in town centre within 3 min walk to London road station, 10 min walk to Guilford station and 5 min to high street.

current no broadband installed but can be arranged.

Tenant, must be either PhD/law student, or in full time employment. No tenants on housing benefits etc. All tenant will be subject to vetting procedure, referencing and credit checks.

Room being let as I have to fulfil a work placement for 4 months abroad. All bills will be included in rental cost including council tax. One month required in advance with deposit. Any queries please do not hesitate to ask.
