THE HOUSE
A large 5 bedroom house, with a shared lounge and kitchen area with the 4 other students as well as a large garden - perfect for the summer!
Bedroom: A large double with built in wardrobe and beautiful period fireplace!
The large bathroom is shared between the other two girls who are both clean and tidy.
THE BILLS:
Rent - £500 per month
Bills - Usually work out at just under £40 depending on month (summer will be cheaper due to gad and electricity)
THE HOUSEMATES
All the housemates are currently studying at the Academy of Contemporary Music, in the centre of Guildford.

One aged 19 studying Music Business
One aged 18 studying Drumming

One aged 21 studying Music Business
One aged 20 studying Drumming
The drummers have electric drum kits so you don't hear them although it is a very musical house so may hear the occasionally, singing, keyboard or drumming from time to time but it really isn't too intrusive and they're all happy to pop some headphones if you ask nicely :)
