Short term let in Guildford

A room available within a maisonette in Guildford on a short term let.

The flat is over two stories with a nice living room and sociable kitchen.

The room available is a small double. A sofa bed with hanging space and a small chest of drawers in the room. A small room but in a lovely flat.

I'm happy to share anything within the flat whether it be kitchen utensils, bedding and duvets, right down to pub recommendations!

You will be sharing with just myself, a 31 year old female.

The flat itself is perfectly located, 10mins away from both the main station in Guildford and the town centre. Unfortunately, there is no parking available.

This room is available to let for a couple of weeks or a couple of months. I am flexible so please don't hesitate to get in touch with dates or time periods that work for you. This would be the perfect room for someone in between houses or needs the flexibility of a short term no-contract let.

A deposit of £200 is required before securing the room and the going rate is £120 a week, all bills included.
