Double Room In A Cosy And Lovely House

A spacious double room which is fully furnished (double bed, bedside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, dressing table and full length mirror).
Located next to tesco and the sports park, the house is an easy walk into town and the train station making it a desirable place to live. It's a quiet area but accessible for nights out.
The house itself is very light in the summer, and cosy in the winter with a shared living room, bathroom and kitchen. It also has a large garden and off-road (space for at least 2 cars). Landlady very proactive - we haven't really had any Problems but if there is anything or sometching needs cleaning, then it gets done within a day!
Looking for a chilled out and fun young person (male or female) who is sociable and enjoys relaxed nights in with a cup of tea or a casual nights out.
