A nice spacious, double bedroom, occupied with 3 girls and 1 guy at the moment. Nice view from bedroom window, parking available, clean, well furnished and much more. Close to the University of Surrey - 10 minute walk - if that and a 25 minute walk from town. Only a 15 minute walk from the Tesco superstore and Surrey Sports Park. The reason for my move is because I am a student nurse and my locality is very far from the house - so by me moving back home, it is a lot quicker to get to placement. Everyone in the house is lovely and the house is really nice and big. I am gutted to leave but would rather have someone who would appreciate it and enjoy living here more.
