We've got a single bedroom in Bellfields to the North of Guildford from mid-December in a friendly and relaxed household.

Plenty of storage within the room with wardrobe, chest of drawers and further under-bed drawers.

Shared kitchen, living/dining room and bathroom, all with plenty of space. There's also a drive way and a garden for BBQ's in the summer :)

We're approximately 40 minute walk/10 minute drive to Guildford train station and town centre, otherwise there's a bus in Guildford centre with regular services running throughout the day at the end of the road.

Rent is £340 per month, plus £33 a month for bills, including broadband and tv licence. Deposit is £340 (+£30 to secure deposit) plus one months rent up front.

Room available from 23rd December.
