Double room in a house on the river

We have a great double room that has become available . The house has stunning views over the river across Guildford.
This is a truly lovely house which has been renovated throughout, to a high standard and a short walk to central Guildford and the station and all it has to offer. Double Beds with TV points in every room. There is a large kitchen with a lounge and TV with wifi. Outside there is a large stunning south facing garden with a 30 square meter decking area leading down to your own private access to the River Wey with decking onto the river, perfect for the summer evenings. If you are inclined, you could row to Guildford or the pub just up the river.
There is newly fitted, modern kitchen and washing machine and dishwasher plus a large fridge and dining table and chairs. Crockery and cutlery provided

All the rooms have double beds and mattresses with chest of drawers and wardrobe with wooden blinds on all windows. The Room available is. not the one in the photo but all the rooms are the same size and the room available overlooks the garden at the back of the house, so is a quiet room.
Full central heating with a combination boiler that gives instant hot water. Off street parking for two cars but with ample free parking on the road with out restrictions . There is also a large cellar great for storing bikes etc.
There are three Bathrooms including the ensuite and power shower and one with a shower plus WC and wash basins and an ensuite in the top room.
All bills are included gas, water, rates and electricity, wifi, plus a cleaner for the communal area's every other week.

You will be sharing with four other house mates age range is 23 to 29 professionals
We have gone to great efforts to make this house feel homely and I'm sure it will not be available for long.
