This house would suit a clean and considerate young professional or postgrad. You’ll be sharing with just two other young professionals so you’ll have your own space within an uncrowded friendly house. I'm an IT professional working at a pensions consultancy. As we both work daytime hours we’re ideally looking for someone with similar working hours to keep noise down during late nights.
