One crucial fact: This room is for one person only, not for a couple.

Room features a large, built-in wardrobe space with great storage covering one wall from floor to ceiling.

There is also a lovely little garden which catches the sun from afternoon until sunset. This is well kept and maintained relatively frequently.

Parking in the road is also available, subject to getting a residents permit from the council, which you would be eligible for, as a resident in the road.

The kitchen is kept clean and tidy, and has modern appliances including a tumble dryer.

There are 3 other friendly, considerate flatmates who use a different bathroom downstairs.

No long term tenancy agreement, just give 6 weeks notice.
