Looking for a student housemate, thanks :)

Hey :)

Myself and two other girls have found a beautiful riverside property on Stoughton Road, it has a spacious living room and kitchen with a built in dishwasher, dining room, a conservatory wth excellent views of the river on our back door step and would be looking for a sociable student to take the spare bedroom before we can put down the deposit.

We all study at the university of Surrey, I study law with criminology, and the two other girls study media and sociology. We all enjoy going out, film nights and have an open door policy so we would love a housemate with similar interests :)

We have only viewed the house once so we would be happy to arrange a viewing if this was necessary, it is with an agency so the deposit is a month and a half rent (roughly £675) and around £250 in agency fee's which is one of the cheaper agencies in Guildford.

Meadowbank is in a little quiet area just off of Stoughton road, but the agency have told us it's a 15/20 minute walk into town, the bus stop direct to university is a two minute walk and you can also get to university in 20 minutes.
