Cosy bedroom with its own ensuite shower/WC, and shared use of the kitchen as required.
We are looking for a professional person who is working away from home during the week, needing a place to stay from Monday -Friday.
The house is located in a quiet road on a hillside above Guildford town centre, which is a short walk away. You can also walk straight into green space and countryside from the house in less than a minute.
Day time parking in the street is restricted to 2 hours, but is freely available between 5.00pm and 9.00 am.
Railway station ( 4 trains an hour to London)
is a few minutes' walk away.
The university and hospital are also within easy reach, as is Surrey Sports park with its fantastic swimming pool and sports facilities.
ALLERGY SUFFERERS - please note that there are cats and a dog in the house!
