Current housemates are 1 male & 1 female 30's, both professionals. Looking for a professional who is friendly, easy-going, considerate about noise and happy to do their fair share of cleaning! We're situated a 30 minute walk from Guildford High Street and 25min walk from the Guildford mainline station. Very easy access to the A3.

Rent is £520/mth which includes Council Tax, gas/electric and tv/broadband (wifi) but excludes other bills. Deposit is £400.

The bedroom is unfurnished and has it's own bathroom. Town house with all the shared facilities on the ground floor; open plan kitchen and living room. Talktalk tv only in the lounge. Garden with patio. Parking on either drive or outside the house.

Viewings can be with the tenants during evenings, or weekends. References will be required.
