We have a small unfurnished double room available in a lovely, clean and friendly house close to Guildford town centre.

THE HOUSE:
The house includes a shared kitchen, living room, conservatory and garden. It is a three story house and you will be sharing the bathroom with only one person. There is also an additional toilet downstairs.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a built in oven, microwave, fridge and washing machine.
The living room has a flat screen television and comfortable sofas. Out the back of the house there is a private garden.

THE ROOM:
The small double room is unfurnished but a wardrobe is being left behind if you need it.. Enough space to fit a double bed, wardrobe and desk.

THE HOUSEMATES:
You will be sharing with two friendly, professional housemates (male and female). We are looking for a tidy and respectful person who will treat this as their home.

THE BILLS:
Included within £550 and covers:
Gas, electric, internet, council tax, TV license, contents insurance and water.

We have a live out landlord who is very friendly and reliable and we’ve known him for quite a few years.

THE LOCATION:
The location is ideal, close to Guildford town centre. (20min walk) with excellent train links to London with the A3 and A320 easily accessible.

PARKING:
The house has sufficient residents parking outside the front of the house and there is no need for permits!
