New Flat Mate Required for 2017-2018 Academic Year

*no longer available* Fully furnished single room available from 1st September 2017 for just £93 per week within a 25-30 minute walk of the University Of Surrey. Alternatively, there is a bus stop a minute walk away or room in the flat for a bike. There is also a large living room adjacent to the room with extra space for belongings and on street parking if required.

We are two relatively pleasant northern male civil engineering students with a love for gravy in need of a new flat mate for next year. For flat cleanliness, we'd award ourselves 7/10, but you're more than welcome to have a viewing and judge for yourself. Both male and female students welcome:)

The new tenant will need to be available during the next few weeks to sign a tenancy agreement with the letting agency. The deposit which will be refunded at the end of the tenancy is £645 and the agency fees are £215, which includes the inventory fee. We currently pay about £20 each per month for the electric and gas, and £10 each for the internet. Apart from the water, there are no additional costs.

Please note, International students may be required to pay 6 months rent up-front if they do not have a guarantor living in the UK.
