A double room has become available in a Large 3 Bedroom flat, just outside Guildford town - (Boxgrove area).
This is a shared accommodation with myself & another person.

The flat comprises of a large lounge area with Virgin TV & WiFi, 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bath/shower, wash basin & toilet. There is a second separate toilet with hand basin aswell.
The kitchen has all the usual features.

The room itself is large , enough for a double bed & plenty of storage space. It’s situated away from the road, so there’s no traffic noise, and facing the large , well looked after communal grounds.
There is parking available, on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Aswell as storage for a bicycle if need be.

The room is for ONE occupant only, with partners available to stay for a short time.

~> Unfortunately I must stress that this is NOT a party home, & I am looking for a clean , tidy & respectful person. <~

By all means, the flat is an easy & fun loving environment , it is peaceful , so please don’t be put off.
