GREAT LOCATION

Our house is in Boxgrove, one of the nicest areas in Guildford and also very close to the town centre. It is very well located for rail links to Woking and London, and the A3. It is walking distance to London Road rail station, Stoke Park, Spectrum leisure centre, which are all very close. It takes about 20 minutes to walk into Guildford town centre. We also live a 1 minute walk to the bus stop and local shops in Boxgrove, which include a deli, a butchers and a One Stop.
