This house only has four bedrooms you have all the facilities of a large house share and only share them with three other housemates.

We take a great deal of care selecting housemates, all housemates go through our tenant screening process.

Walking distance to the Hospital, Surrey Research Park, Surrey University and Guildford train station is only 2 miles away. Plus there is a regular bus service a few minutes away, plenty of parking and we have a lockable bike store.

The house has a luxury fully equipped kitchen with granite worktops, electric induction hob, dishwasher, built in oven, microwave and fridge freezer.

There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer to use for no additional charge.

The comfortable sociable living room has a wall mounted smart TV, dining table and chairs, sofa and two armchairs. The patio doors lead onto a sunny patio with garden furniture and BBQ.

The house comes with high speed broadband and all the bedrooms have their own TV aerial point.
