Good size double room in two double bedroom flat. Room has good size built in wardrobe.
Can be furnished, part furnished or unfurnished.
The room and flat do look much better live than on the pictures.
The room is currently being occupied by Spanish Friend.
Looking for a decent person to share this really cosy flat with.
Potential flat mate must be very clean and very tidy, non-smoker.

I'm 37. Professional. I'm quite friendly, sociable and helpful but I also like quiet time every now and then.
I like keeping fit, cooking, watching movies, reading books, listening to the music (jazz), photography. Pretty much like anybody else.
I enjoy long meaningful or short meaningless but relaxing chats accompanied with music and a good bottle of wine (or a few if required).
