Central Guildford Large Room in Shared House

Hello - I have two double rooms available in my Victorian semi 5 mins walk from both the town centre and the railway station - in Leas Road. The house is comfortable (rather than luxurious), clean and homely with super people living there. The rooms have recently been decorated in neutral colours.

We are looking for two amiable people who are a good fit for the house and the people who currently live there. The rent includes council tax and water rates and the other bills are shared.

There is a neat little garden, a shed and outdoor table for 'al fresco dining' in the summer, plus side access for bicycles etc. A parking permit can be obtained from Guildford council - we are allowed two per house and one is free.
