Guildford - Double room (R)

We have a good sized double room coming available in this house from 1st August. The bed is nicer than the one in the picture!

Location is great for the hospital and University.

The housemates are a teacher and nurses and share a generous kitchen and cosy sitting room with TV and nice leather sofas.

There is a new shower in the bathroom and separate loo.

Outside is a secure shed in the garden where you can store your bike. There is garden furniture on the patio where you can enjoy those long English summers.

The room is on the ground floor. the are furnished with double bed, wardrobe, drawers and desk and chair.

All bills are included. The Vodafone broadband is fast.

There is a bus stop close to the house and there is lots of on street parking.
