Double room in flat near Hackbridge station

The flat is a 5 minute walk from Hackbridge station (zone 4) which has direct trains to Clapham Junction, London Victoria, and the Thameslink line through Blackfriars to Luton.

I am looking for a female flatmate to rent the spare room, I am sociable and live a busy lifestyle, but also enjoy quiet evenings in. I’m looking for a flatmate I can be social with, such as pub quiz nights, but will also respect my space.

The flat is fully furnished, the spare room is a decent size with plenty of storage options. There is a large living room and kitchen, bath and shower, and balcony.

Please note - the flat is in a second floor building with no lift.
