There is a private garden for all tenants to share. Uber, Uber Eats and Deilveroo etc all deliver to the door. Huge Lidl, Sainsburys, post office and fast food restaurants a few minutes walk from the house.

There are tons of green space areas around and lots of shops, with Croydon a short bus/tram/train ride with cinema, Ikea, PC world etc. The River Wandle is close by and lots of walking/biking tracks around.

It is extremely spacious, with your very own balcony to watch the world go by with a cuppa. And a Bath in your large bathroom.
