Small Double Room To Rent

We have a, fully furnished small double room to rent. Ideally situated 1min walk from Hackbridge station and local bus routes. The room has a small double bed, writing desk with draws and chair, built in cupboard and multiple shelves. Bedding and towels provided.

The shared family bathroom is on the same floor and you will have access to the family kitchen on the ground floor with electric oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, gas hob, washing machine and fridge freezer. You are also welcome to enjoy the garden.

The house benefits from local parks with vast greens, woodland walks, tennis courts, lakes and more on our doorstep. Also only a short walk to a local Lidl, Sainsbury, Post Office and other independent shops.

You will be sharing the house with myself (site manager), my wife (Primary school teacher), our dog Red and two young sons (aged 1 and 3). Red is very friendly and will always give you a warm welcome! He is a working cocker spaniel so full of life and love. Being a young family means there is always something going on so if you prefer silence until 10am on a Sunday this is probably not the house for you!

We are are not clean freaks but would like somebody who will tidy up after themselves and not leave clothes and washing lying around!

All bills and Wi-Fi are included. Total cost PCM £600 with an initial £600 deposit to be refunded once tenancy ends.
