Furnished double room with ensuite, bills included

Hi!

My current flatmate is going travelling abroad for a year, and therefore I have a double room with ensuite available in this time. All the bills are included.

It is just me in the flat, so there is lots of space and not very chaotic. If you want to watch films or have dinner together, that would be lovely, but also completely fine with you having your own space.

Preferably looking for a female flatmate. You don't have to be perfectly clean and tidy, but cleaning up after yourself in the shared spaces is always appreciated.

If you are interested, I would love to get coffee and maybe show you the flat !

The location:
1 minute walk from a small sainsburys, 2 minute walk from a big lidl
3 minute walk from Hackbridge station, where there is a 26 minute train to get into London victoria or a 12 minute train to Balham where you can get the Northern Line. Therefore, very easy to get into Central London for work.
151 and 127 bus stops on the doorstep, and the 80 bus route a 10 minute walk away.
Next door to Beddington Park, which is especially lovely in the summer.
