Large room with king size bed in Hackbridge. The room is bright and very large with lots of storage, a sofa (folds out to sofa bed - not looking for 2 people to share the room), a fold down desk, its own private balcony, and a projector/projector screen.

The apartment has 1 bathroom which would be shared with me. Apartment has fast WiFi, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer, a large open plan living room with full cooking facilities, and another big balcony on the front.

Hackbridge itself is a beautiful spot with a great community feel, a very large park within a 10 minute walk (Beddington Park). 2 trains go into London every 30 minutes (one Southern to Clapham Junction/Victoria and one Thameslink to E&C/Blackfriars/St Pancras).

Large Lidl within a 2 minute walk from the apartment. Great local pubs & restaurants in Carshalton & Sutton.

I'm 31 years old, an engineer working in tech & finishing a PhD. I work from home a reasonable amount of the time, I'm sociable and looking for an easygoing, clean, interesting flatmate.
