One double room /New town/Hackbridge station

We are looking for someone who would enjoy living in a quiet and spacious double room in our new townhouse.

The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bath/shower rooms, with a shared kitchen and dining area. At the moment, only two friendly people live in the property.

The room is fully furnished with an ottoman bed, clothes rail, drawers, bookshelves, a desk and chair. You also have your own private shower cubicle. Please note that the wash basin in that bathroom is occasionally used by us.

We have a medium-sized, friendly dog, so you would need to be comfortable with dogs.

The house is conveniently located very close to Hackbridge Station and Lidl.

All bills and WiFi are included.

We ask for one month’s notice and a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent.
