You will have access to the whole house: a modern, 3 bedroom semi-detached, set in a peaceful location near to Farnham Park and close to other local amenities. The house also has a garden, garage and free parking.

Shared spaces include a kitchen, which looks out onto the garden; a cosy living room with TV; a sociable dining and bar area and one bathroom with bath and shower.

You will be living with the homeowner, who works from home running a video production company but is also often out on shoots or traveling. The owner also has a well-behaved medium sized dog, so pet lovers are preferred.

This is a residential area, so we expect residents to be very respectful of our neighbours.
