A double room with all bills included

Available from February onwards . Looking for a clean, today and relaxed individual to share this house with us. We are a professional couple , work mostly from home and have a cat . We always rented this room to students attending the university and have this room available again from end of January. There is a bus stop, a minute walk away from the house and takes you to university in less than 10 mins. All the bills are included ( council tax, electricity, gas, water and internet ).
