Hi, I am looking to rent a light and airy, fully furnished double bedroom in my flat within the Ham/Richmond area.

I am a young female professional looking for a fellow young professional to share the flat with. The flat is fully furnished with modern decor and a clean finish throughout, located within easy distance of Richmond and Kingston train stations and local shops.

The room will be rented with a double bed, 2 bedside tables, triple wardrobe and chest of drawers. With double aspect windows looking out onto the leafy surrounds, it is a light and airy space.

I am looking for a rental of £800 per calendar month (negotiable), which is fully inclusive of all bills and maintenance. No hidden extras! I also own the flat, meaning no need to deal with agencies!

I am looking for someone who is wanting to enjoy the shared space, is a non smoker and is a friendly sociable person.
