The house is situated in the beutiful and green Ham where the Thames, Richmond Park and Teddington are at walking distance. Richmond and Kingston can also be reached by walking 30 min. There is a good bus service.

Please note that there is NO space for a bicycle near the house. Be ready to show work contract and references. Moving without fulfilling the conditions is not possible. Minimum normal term 6 months. Extraordinary terms have other prices(£30 p/d in case a pair of weeks is needed) unless other time is agreed. There will NOT be information about the house over the phone.
