Two Rooms in Central Haslemere House

Haslemere, Surrey, 50mins to Waterloo. Villa/cottage style house in the centre of the main town/village and 7/8 mins' walk from station. There are two rooms available for rent with use of house. Both are clean and comfortable, modern and cosy. The house itself has a calm and lovely atmosphere.

Looking for tidy, minimal, non-smoking guests. Preferably vegetarian or vegan, (although not fully essential). To compliment a relaxed and friendly environment. One room is a decent large room at the top of house, and the other a neat double on the first floor.

Should it sway a decision the room at the top 'could', have the additional use of an office room which would turn it into a studio flat, but there is a desk in the existing large double room.
